Renovations remain the most difficult part of our business on many levels. Here in Mexico the definition of a renovation can vary significantly from person to person. Some might think it's scraping a little paint, repairing a few cracks, or adding a fresh coat of $100 Peso paint and a couple of faucets and you're done.
What we do is quite different. Unlike the "Mop and Glo" (cosmetics) process described above, we insist on doing the project right the first time. In the long run you've spent less than having to re-do or correct the initial repairs. Just ask around and you'll hear the horror stories...stories of faulty repairs, over budget projects where you are forced to pay more, unreliable and unskilled workers (especially for the do it yourselfers), extreme delays, closure due to no permits or IMSS headaches and worthless warranties, etc. And unfortunately, you don't know it until it's too late.

"IMSS", is Mexico's legally required Social Security and Workers' Compensation program, it protects you from having to pay the medical and disability costs should an accident or injury occur. As the job begins and throughout the process, the project is photographed and sent to you weekly for assurance that your Villa is moving as expected. Every step of the project is done correctly, from the cement and block we use, the primed steel we install, the high quality electrical and plumbing supplies, to the engineered finish materials, coatings and paint. Our material and labor is quality all the way. There is a lot of pride that goes into every one of our projects, and it shows.
