With all of our villas our titles are Clean and easy to transfer, we have proper building permits and include completed water and power contracts. We also pay all the SocialSecurity on our workers (this is very important as homeowners are ultimately responsible to prove this has been paid). And for your ultimate peace of mind, all of our villas and renovations include a 12 month warranty.
